Who is Eligible for Services?

Eligibility for our services is based on county of residence, type of legal problem, whether there is a conflict of interest, financial eligibility, and other factors. If the initial screening criteria are met, then the standards for accepting individuals’ cases are applied.

What Areas Do We Serve?

Will I Have to Pay a Fee for Services?

No, you will not have to pay any legal fee for our services.

Will My Information Remain Confidential?

Yes, all information you give us is confidential and will not be shared without your permission.

What Cases Do We Handle?

We handle only certain kinds of civil cases. However; we do not handle any criminal cases (including traffic cases). We also do not handle any personal injury, malpractice or workers’ compensation cases.

What Information Will I Need to Give to Apply for Services?

When applying for our legal services, you will need to share your household’s income, your assets, family size, zip code, race, age, etc. It depends on your specific case. We will need information regarding your legal issue.
